Very friendly staff, but worn rooms

3 stars in Asia is, of course, not 3 stars in Europe. But the pictures are misleading. This place is obviously old and worn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good service. Sadly, sheets were worn and not clean, bathroom virtually outdoors (although they seem a little renovated) and climate and fabrics in the room were very moist and clammy (tip: run ac on dry mode for a few hours and you'll be fine). The pool was very green, I would never use it looking like that - although there were some kids happily (and extremely loudly at 6am?) splashing in it. A small easy fix: the room was missing hooks (or even a chair) to hang things or towels inside the room (hanging it in the bathroom would never let it dry).

Super basic, worked for us for 1 night but definitely wouldn't have done anything more and wouldn't come back. Best book your taxi to leave before you arrive as there's nothing around the hotel – no driver, no restaurant, etc.

Nous avons réservé cette établissement pour notre dernière journée avant de prendre notre avion dans la nuit. Celui-ci fait le job, ensemble vieillissant mais clim / piscine / bouteille d'eau et frigo. L'accès à la plage de Sanur nécessite une bonne marche mais à 10 minutes on retrouve des petits restau... etc

Vi ankom hotellet og måtte vente lenge på innskjekking, de visste ikke at vi hadde reservert flrdi de ikke hadde skjekket mailen sin.Bestilte et rom med utsikt til hage, det fikk vi ikke. Rommet var simpelt, toalettet virket ikke, dusjvannet luktet forferdelig og internett virket ikke. Kommer aldri tilbake

Old and not well maintained

Old and not well maintained facilities, not good cleaning was carried and service also under expectations (our driver was also surprised by the concierge service not coming to great us at arrival and help with luggage). We changed hotel after the first night.

A lovely place to stay close to the beach

We had to find a last-minute hotel close to both the airport and the beach in the Denpasar area, and this hotel was perfect. It was inexpensive, but didn't feel cheap. The room was perfectly adequate, the pool was lovely, and the breakfast was good. It is an easy walk to the beach and the resort area, without having to pay resort prices. Great find!

A hidden gem on a forgotten piece of beach.

Our stay here was great, overall. The hotel is neat, the pool is very nice for a relaxing swim. The staff is also very friendly and can easily help you get a cab, (motor)bike or transfer to or from the airport. The only downside of this hotel is its location. You do have a glimpse of the sea from the restaurant area which is very lovely, but it's located at the end of the beach. A part that isn't as lively as the places further down. In short: an amazing find with great value for money, but be sure to take a stroll further down the beach if you're looking for a nice place to eat.

Don't believe the pictures!

The photos of this property are at least 10 years old. It's very run down, the pool is not clean (very cloudy), and the linen and bedding is very old. Nothing like the pictures as advertised here. Will definitely not be returning here.

Great price, location and general facilities. However issues with Internet connectivity and Satellite TV reception need to be resolved more permanently. Staff very good though on fixing once informed but this was required more than once a week.

Good hotel, short walk to beach

Very good hotel at low cost. Easy walk to beach. Beach not as attractive as those 15 minutes walk away, with hotels four or six imes the cost, but that didn’t bother us. One comment for hotel management: Appearance of water in the pool was not as clear and clean as it could be - that didn’t bother me but it did my wife who didn’t go swimming. Excellent service from the staff . I strongly recommend hotel for any budget conscious vacationer.

De reservering via expedia was een kamer achteraan het pand en stonk heel erg. was er heel vochtig en muf. handdoeken stonken. dit werd gecompenseerd door een tv met decoder neer te zetten. natuurlijk werd ons een upgrade aangeboden dat hebben we ook gedaan. deze kamer was oke geen tv met decoder die in de andere kamer wel was. voor kort verblijf prima kamer.
