Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Bali.

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay here and booked an extra night on our return from Lombok. Staff were great and helped book our ferry trip to Gili Air and return from Lombok. Breakfast was great. Short walk to beach and a large selection of restaurants Overall a great stay!

Our stay was a good introduction to Bali. Very friendly staff. Good size room for our family and a nice pool area with dining/bar alongside which we took advantage off. Dining and shopping options nearby. Had a wonderful massage in the hotel spa.

The most outstanding part of our stay was the excellent staff—very polite, helpful, and accommodating. We truly appreciated being upgraded to a bigger room, which made our stay more comfortable. The location is also great, with shopping and dining options just a short walk away. The massage service was fantastic and a real highlight of our visit. However, there were a few downsides. There was a noticeable sewer smell in the bathroom, and the room itself felt quite dated. Most concerning was that one of my daughters was bitten by bed bugs, which suggests the mattress may need to be upgraded and thoroughly inspected. While the service and location were excellent, some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance would make a big difference.

I had an amazing stay at Abian Harmony Hotel & Spa. Comfortable and clean room with good wifi coverage and hot water. Good location with different types of eateries around and just a few steps to my favourite cafe, Cat Cafe Sanur. The staff are helpful and friendly, gave me good suggestions for laundry services.

The positives: staff were wonderful, bed was comfy, room was large and air conditioned. Hotel not far from beach and all the main Sanur attractions. The negatives: the property is quite run down and this would have been acceptable if the bathroom didn’t smell so bad and the walls were paper thin.

The room was relatively clean, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The issues with the hotel I think others have already brought up: sticky room floors, doors that gets stuck and the water from the shower has a weird smell. And when they clean your room, they do not lock it. Just closed the door. I was shocked when I can back on the first day the door was not locked

Awful place.

We had to check out of our villa and needed a place to drop our bags off and have a shower before catching a late flight to Brisbane. Had we had to stay the night I would have checked out. The place is need of a complete refurb: The lifts don't even reach the top floor, doors dont open, the corridors are dark and once you manage to get in the room we found two single beds with ironed on spiders and a bathroom that stunk so bad we kept the door shut. I know its cheap but for about £25 a night you can stay in the lovely holiday inn and get an excellent breakfast.

Incredible staff who were on hand to help with everything, however small. A good selection of drinks and good at the bar. Rooms were clean and tidy. Excellent location.
