Lovely little place!

Yes it was March and cold and dreary but the hot tub in the room, the fireplace, and the kitchenette made it so cozy!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, clean rooms, easy beach access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean, indoor pool was nice and warm given the temps at the time. I would definitely love to stay here again in the summer.

The two bedroom suite with two bathrooms was perfect for two couples. The kitchenette was adequate for a short stay. The beds were comfortable and the suite was clean and spacious.

Great pool and cute beach. The room inside had plenty of towels and was very clean. Shower needed fixing. Ring that controls the shower was broken. We were on the first floor and had a herd of elephants above us. Heard everything! Squeaky doors everywhere. Our room had a whirlpool tub next to the dining room table.Not sure why.LOL!! Kitchen was spotless and looked new. Beautiful view of the pool and water.

Perfect for a girls weekend! 2 bedrooms abs baths, quiet, free parking and steps from the beach! Hot tub in the dining room was an odd touch and the pool gates were locked way before 10pm but no biggie. Staff was friendly.

Overall, an excellent stay. Amazing beach, indoor and outdoor pool. Lovely staff, especially Youlanda whom I texted with when we had an issue. Dennisport is great for families with a lot of family friendly activities and restaurants. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a vent? Making noise at 4 am every night. Waking up part of our group in the room with the two beds. Next time I will know to ask for a different room.

We were very happy with our stay. The property is very well maintained and our room was impeccably clean. We had a one bedroom suite with king bed and pull out sofa. The king bed was very comfortable. Did not use the pull out sofa, so I can’t speak to that. The living/dining room/kitchen area was very comfortable and well laid out. The gas fireplace made for lovely ambiance. Full sized fridge and microwave came in handy. We were pleasantly surprised that there were two full bathrooms, and the one within the bedroom area had a jetted tub, which I was sad that I didn’t have time to use, but it looked very inviting! The property is beachfront and although it was too cold to swim this time of year, this area along Nantucket Sound is the warmest water on the Cape in season and lovely to walk along any time of the year. Wish it had been a longer stay, but will definitely return and recommend to others!

Winter Staycation

The properties are in a beautiful location right on the water on the outer Cape. Very well maintained buildings for the most part. Our only complaints were the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t hold water because the stopper wouldn’t work in ANY position, so we had to keep the water running the entire time & the coffee maker filter basket wouldn’t empty in to the coffee pot so I couldn’t have my coffee. Other than that the unit was very clean, had everything you could need for an extended stay (plates, coffee cups, glasses, cutlery, grilling & kitchen utensils, wine glasses, hair dryer, iron, etc.) We had a lovely time & would stay again.

We enjoyed the property in the room immensely. The staff was excellent and as responsive as they could be. We had to deal with a snafu with Expedia, which affected the quality of our weekend. I had already paid earlier in the month and had to make another payment upon arrival because the original payment was not settled upon. Always best to have that together before your guests arrive. Thank you.

The condo was very clean. Well maintained overall. The bathroom had a magnifying mirror with LED lights. Nice touch. The extra bedding was secured with a tag so that we knew it was all freshly laundered. LOVED that. Easy to find and the main area to check in was nice with a beautiful view and pool/beach area. The room had a fireplace with optional flame and flame/heat controls. Very cozy. The post did not say that this room was located in a different building NOT beachside. Our room overlooked a vacant lot with some picnic tables and wildflowers. The "laundry" was not in our room but at the end of the building in a shared space and had a closing time of 9 pm. There was only a tiny little fridge and many of the pics on the site showed a larger one. No dishwasher but it was not a huge deal. There were no room darkening curtains and the windows faced the east so it was BRIGHT very early in the morning plus the can lighting on the porch did not turn off at night so our room was always VERY BRIGHT even at midnight. This room is NOT easily accessible from where you park. If you struggle walking, or use a cane/wheelchair, this is NOT for you. There is no cart to carry items in so it took us many trips. While the bathroom was very clean, the shower rod was broken and a tension rod was put up in its place. The curtain was then way too long and the rod kept falling down. The room was clean but we were here for our 30th wedding anniversary and I was so disappointed about the view.
