This is a brand new hotel where you will have top rooms, fantastic pools and excellent options for massages and other treatments.

Our first day there were no visible staff despite a cafe door being open, we brought our own coffee etc down to the pool and when we went inside the hotel to adk for ice we were told we couldn't bring our own drinks poolside. We pointed out that no one had even come outside. After that the attention was good. The deluxe rooms were fabulous although all the glass had fingerprints on. The breakfast was amazing, truly sensational. I did comment on the lack of shady parking and no electric car charging points, we had to go to another hotel to charge our car.

Nouveau Carcellaire 😅

We were expecting to be closer to the center, but the hotel is right on the highway and is mostly for tour groups that drop in for the night. The staff is not informed at all… we saw the last day that there was a way to town around the back that wasn’t explained to us. They’re also not generous: I asked for a cup of tea and the guy scoffed and said it was €5, despite having seen it offered to other guests when booking a massage, which I did have the next day. It feels a bit prison-like with all the rooms facing a center indoor pool. We did LOVE the cat and the dog on the first night. The breakfast buffet is also VERY good, and beds are extremely comfortable. Dinner was a 6/10, kind of average buffet.

I had booked 3 rooms. All 3 rooms spent an uncomfortable night because the power in our wing went off around 1:30 am and did not come back till 5:15 am. It got very dark and hot in the room. We had a hard time sleeping. A couple of people ran into objects while fumbling for their phones to turn on the phone light. My wife stubbed her toe on the bathroom threshold. We requested some adjustment on our daily rate but were turnded down. I would like Expedia to issue us some rate adjutment. I booked 12 nights at different locations in Turkey during this trip. Would appreciate a response.

otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. yemekler yeterli ve lezzetliydi. personel çok ilgili, otelin tüm bölümleri pırıl pırıldı. yeni bir otel olması nedeniyle bazı kısımlarda inşaat işleri devam ettiği için zaman zaman gürültü problemi oldu. termal havuzlar çocuklar için daha eğlenceli hale getirilebilir. Yine çocuklar için masa tenisi vb etkinlikler olsa çok iyi olurdu. Fitness salonu da henüz açılmamıştı.

Pamukkale travertenler ve antik kente 10 dakika mesafesi ile konumu iyi. Duştan gelen termal su ve sıcak termal havuz olanakları iyiydi. Çevresinde market (migos) vs. var. 29 Ekim'de Cumhuriyet bayramı ile ilgili herhangi bir hazırlık, Atatürk bayrağı, bayram havası olmaması üzdü. Sadece otelin girişinde türk bayrağı vardı ki bu da yabancı turistlere eminim bir şey ifade etmemiştir.

Herşey mükemmel .

Temizlik personelinden restaurant çalışanlarına resepsiyon personelinden sorumlu müdüre kadar harika bir kadroya sahip otel. Mükemmel vakit geçirdik . Kahvaltısı akşam yemeği öğle sonrası atıştırmalıklar harikaydı. Olması gerektiği kadar yemek çeşidi lezzetliydi. En ufak pürüz yoktu. İlla ki sorun bulmaya çalışırsanız sorun sizde demektir :))Temizlik hijyen konfor ferahlık hepsi biraradaydı. Hiç bişey karmaşık değildi .havuz temizliği çok iyiydi. lokasyonu da çok iyi yerde. Pamukkale Kaya thermal oteli tercih edin .Sanırım bundan sonra Pamukkale bölgesinde hep tercih edeceğimiz otel burası olacak 🙏.
