"Beware..This Baymont will not make your bed or give you fresh towels or empty your trash unless you specifically ask them to. No longer is cleaning a baseline service one can expect...they require you to ask for your room to be cleaned. It is on a sign on the Front Desk which you may or may not see...It is also on the check in which you may or may not read when you sign it. It is not articulated nor does the check in staff ask you whether you want your bed made, clean towels or trash can...

"We have no complaints about our 2 day stay. Other than the nice gentleman who checked us in, I didn’t really need to communicate with staff about any concerns.
The room was clean and beds and pillows were comfortable. The setting options of the air conditioner was perfect. I had a problem with the TV/remote system but once I could turn it on I saw a lot of channels to choose from, so many more channels than I’ve experienced in many other hotels.
The breakfast choices are basic but I was happy...
