"Door lock had to be "re-programed" as it didn't work. TV did not work, maintenance was in the room trying to get it to work for quite awhile. Hot tub was cold (due to maintenance which happened every day according to staff) pool was suppose to be heated - it was cold. We had booked here one night to enjoy the "amenities" and did not get what we "over" paid for."

"Zimmer groß und auch eine Terrasse vorhanden, leider gar kein Ausblick. Die Zimmer bedürfen Aufmerksamkeit und Pflege. Lampen defekt bzw. ließen sich nicht einschalten. Telefon nicht geladen, daher nicht benutzbar. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht und bezahlt. Leider war für die dritte Person nichts vorbereitet-kein Bett gemacht und keine Bettdecke/Kissen vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage brachte jemand alles vorbei, beziehen und die Couch umbauen sollten wir selbst. Nicht sehr gastfreundlich."

"The pics on the website give the impression of a high end hotel when this is definitely not the case! Area was shady, reception gave the impression of a no-tell motel! Room was clean but adequate, if you need a lower priced bed it's fine, but for the price there are better options out there."

"floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door with a huge balcony. Bed was VERY comfortable. The location was excellent for accessing the water and for shopping, We are going back in September!"
