"The stay was ok, and that is the best I can say. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I wouldn't say it was good.
The refrigerator did not work properly and was dripping water on the inside, which the maintenance person said all of them are like that. Also, the shower was a little dingy.
I also made some requests that were ignored, so be aware that even if you have a valid reason, like health issues, that you run the risk of having those requests ignored."

"Well,,,, First of all ,, we were supposed to be booked in Louisiana, and when we weren't, u STILL Charged us for a room I'm sure u rented out as well! When we called,, no help whatsoever, And we had to Book another room,,in a 3rd State to find somewhere to sleep! On a Weekend where there were so many Graduations and Nothing Avaliable is Unforgivable! So I give 0 all the way around!"

"Filed insurance claim, had to cancel the stay, not able to cancel. We’ll see if the “upsell” of trip insurance is a joke or legit when and if I ever get a response.
Been booking along time through Expedia, extremely disappointed. Likely changing future booking app if this ends sideways"

"Seems like they were about to do some updating, like the light was removed and patched but not properly painted. The sink had no aerator, so water was all over the place. Got bites in legs while sleeping."

"I had booked a db queen bed with a couch and there was no couch. They said oh yes this has been a problem on our websight we have asked them to take the false advertisement down but they haven’t for a year now. Food was cold, they take dishes and clean with the same dirty hands. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!"
