"The room we initially checked into had a broke door that could be opened by simply pushing the door. But Sky , the woman working the front desk immediately switched our rooms and all was fine! Great customer service by the way!"

"I sent one of my techs to this property, very little staff, rooms were smoked in which caused him not to be able to sleep. He told me this is the worst Hotel he has ever stayed in. If Hotels allow smoking in the rooms it should be mentioned in the adds."
