The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.
1. The entire night air conditioning did not work in "golden palm and spa". This situation was after maintenance checked and comfortably said "sir wait for 2 hours it will work". The next 10 long hours we were sweating. Never going back.
2. Washbasin tap was broken. It gave us continuous extreme hot water.
Very disappointing experience.
3. It doesnt end here. Next morning during our breakfast we were asked to pay for it even after having clearly mentioned in our itinerary. Its a clear opposite of being hospitable.
Never going back to golden palms and hotel.com

Room phone was also not working, u have to call from ur phone to the reception.

AC systems not working, Honey Bees found, No Hot Water, No pressure in Water Supply & above all they sell Mineral Water for Rs 116/- per bottle & also during buffet breakfast charge you for Tomato Ketchup & MANY MORE COMPLAINTS.

I will never recommend any one to stay in Hotel palm. Bad room service..staff not friendly, not professional, Quality of service not at all to the mark.
Stay in hotel is nice but as soon as you think of stepping out nothing seems to be available. you have to walk on either sides ,almost 500-800 mts, to avail some auto or public transport. Nearest metro station, anand vihar, is also 2kms far off. Apart from locality everything else about the hotel seems to be fine. Food is also appreciable. Better book a cab if you're looking for stay in here.

I changed my room once because of the ac cooling .
Big & comfy ROOM (and Bed) with all amenities....The FOOD choices were very limited and tasted pretty average...And although the RESTAURANT service was excellent, the food in the dinner buffet was cold. ROOM SERVICE was Super Slow!! I ordered tea at 9am & got it at 10am... I mean seriously!? an hour for a cup of tea? Also, the SPA forgot to remind me about the appointment & were least bothered that I didn't come...Its a vacation & I expected them to call...Just remember not to depend on the Hotel staff too much, and try eating somewhere else & it will be the perfect place to stay.
I booked this hotel for my parents who were visiting Delhi, they enjoyed there stay at this hotel.

In a partially occupied hotel and absolutely free reception it took staff more than 15 mins to check us in. Lift wasn't functioning, AC wasn't working, toilet kit in the bathroom was half empty. Upon check out hotel wasn't able to help me find taxi. Overall a disastrous stay.

Did my reservation 7 days in advance but i had to wait at lobby for 45-50mins to get my room. Food menu shows round a clock but most of the items are not availaible. Had a bad experience which i complained to frontoffice manager. Morning buffet(breakfast) is not at all impressive.
