I booked room and paid the money through expedia site. When I reached the room for check in the reception said the room which I booked is not available and he asked for extra 400rupees to give me a room. I called the owner of the property and after lot talking he gave me shabby room. They did not even clean the room before giving it to me. they asked me to pay the money directly to hotel and never to pay online through oyo or expedia.
