The room was comfortable and not cramped but not spacious. The restaurant was good. I wanted to eat a bit earlier before heading back to the airport. At 6:30, they were not set up but they had enough in place so that I did not leave hungry. Wifi in the room was good, a consistent 11 megabits and readily accessible without complex passwords etc. There was no chilled water in my room; the fridge had been just dumped in the space, not even levelled up, so it didn’t rock, and not plugged in. An engineer came fairly quickly when I called but the fridge wasn’t capable of chilling bottles of water. After some discussion about whether I should be buying chilled water from them because their fridge did not work, they delivered bottles of chilled water. For the sum guests pay to stay here, everything should be checked to see it works correctly before guests are assigned to the room. Bottom line: would I stay here again? Probably not; I think I can get better value for money elsewhere.

This is a pretty standard hotel but is way overpriced. It is comparatively more expensive than hotels in the U.K. The food is decent but also expensive with relatively small portions. The lobby is impressive but the rooms are average. The Lemon Tree is situated in a nice, clean and safe enclosed area with a few good shops and restaurants right next door. The airport is a short 10 min taxi ride which is useful.

Modern feel hotel lobby, pool and restaurants. Guest rooms seemed older but clean. Service by staff at reception desk, door and dining room was excellent. Multiple phone calls to housekeeping were futile due to staff unable to understand my English but when I called the reception desk my issue was resolved promptly, ie more water& towels. Loved the location in Aerocity. Easy walk to Worldmark and The Square shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Having stayed at other Lemon Tree properties, this one was not very good. The rooms are very worn & run down, not in great repair. I would have switched hotels if we were staying for more than 1 night. The location is very convenient for the airport, and the area is amazing to walk around with lots of dining options.

Staff was polite and kind, we arrived earlier than expected due to the farmer protests, the front desk gave complimentary early check in. Restaurant staff also gave us complimentary coffee and snacks in the afternoon and was great with our 18 month old child.

Couldn't be happier... !!
Very comfortable stay. Great location if you are flying. Delicious food. Staff is polite and courteous. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen and service staff members were excellent. They were quick and efficient even in the busy hours of morning breakfast. Kudos to management for hiring specially abled staff who are good at their job. Thanks everyone for our pleasant stay, will stay again in future :)
