Good atmosphere with an amazing location in the city, really clean and pleasant. The courteous reception staff greets you cheerfully. A beautiful hotel with a staff that exceeds all expectations. Beautiful room with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom.

The Hotel Natraj was a nice, clean place to stay while in Delhi. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Abid, who arranges tours. The area around the hotel felt a bit dodgy and was quite crowded, but the hotel itself was a welcome respite from the noise outside.

From the moment I arrived, nothing was an issue for the brilliant staff. Room was good with a piping hot shower and a lovely memory foam mattress. Don’t let the area put you off, it’s very safe for westerners with plenty of dining options and bars. I got 10 days worth of laundry done for great value. Just a lovely hotel with the best and friendly staff. Thank you Richie from England

Inexpensive stay close to options

Located within walking distance of metro station. Hotel staff gave good dinner reccomendation. Adequate stay for the cost efficient price. Wifi in room didn't work. One staff told me 'it was coming' when I was 'connected without internet. Another staff told me he'd check on it. Reception staff connected me to their wifi. I was only there for 1 night so just used lobby wifi. Bed sheets were itchy, but they gave me new ones when I asked for a towel as I didn't have one. PROS: Reasonable price, near metro, staff polite CONS: Bed hard, no hot water, wifi didn't work in room, small room, only 1 plug in room, bathroom just one big space with bucket under faucet although seems fairly common here

Worst place I had stayed so far. They promised early checkin over the phone and then denied at the time of checkin. Made is to wait 2 hours outside . The guy at the counter kept asking for INR 1500, while we were not informed about this the previous day over the call. Now coming to the room- I have no words to describe the room. Firstly, I was given a totally different room from the one I booked.Semi dirty, mattress was as hard as a rock, stains on bed sheet, hairs in shower drain and on the pillows. In short it was terrible. I had a biometric appointment and was super tired after travelling the whole night thats why I managed. Otherwise, I would have checked out the same time. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Thanks
