Food is good. Room was spacious and clean. I like the behaviour of the staff. Helpful and understanding.. I found this hotel near to Delhi international airport and Yashobhoomi.
it was my 5th stay at this hotel.. I like the ambience and food of the hotel.. it is easily accessible from the airport.. took 15 minutes from airport to hotel.. the staff is really very helpful and supportive. The room given to me was spacious, clean and hygienic.. the food was very delicious and 😋
Reception staff excellent, helpful and efficient. Room and ensuite were fine. Bed sheet had small holes and stain on it. Restaurant was terrible. Chips overcooked and just crunchy - we had to leave most. The wrap arrived as a white bread sandwich with thinly coated filling. We should have complained and not paid but we were very tired and just ate what we could and left, cancelling our early morning toast and coffee. The noise was not the fault of the hotel. There were people arriving/ leaving and the lift announcing the floor.

The staff are friendly and try their best. The hotel is a bit far away from Delhi but fairly close to the airport. Overall not a bad experience
The towels given to us were wet. The room was just so cold, i wouldnt recommend to go there in winters. The bedsheets weren’t exactly clean, had some spots here and there. A very average indian hotel - definitely not upto the standards of a 3-star hotel.
This was my first time in India and I had a 36 hour layover so I chose to stay here because it was affordable and near the airport. I was perfectly satisfied with everything at the hotel. The staff were very eager to make me feel at home and the food in the cafe was delicious, clean, and healthy.
In regards to previous negative reviews, please remember that things are very different in India and if you want to stay somewhere that feels like the West, choose one of the large international chains. In my opinion, if you come to a new place, it's best to experience what that place is really like, not a colonized version. Now, after having spent 2 weeks in various places in India, I can assure you that this place is quite posh. It has sit-on toilets, toilet paper, hot water, shower, and clean drinking water in the lobby.
The staff helped me get taxis via Uber, which they didn't have to do. The food is unbelievably affordable, at less than $5 per meal.
