Since you did not wish to pay in cash. We are extremely disheartened to know that on your recent stay, service delivered did not come up to your expectations; Guest who stayed before you had lost his room keys, as he had a flight to catch and was in hurry, we had to break Open the lock with the help of a screwdriver. We have replaced the broken lock but the marks are still there. And trust me we are among a very few family Hotels in the Area. You would have known if you had stayed with us untill the next morning breakfast and see it by yourself. Taxi drivers of Delhi are the last person you can trust for anything. It’s an old trick, they tell the guests that the Hotel is on fire or roads are blocked or it’s in the red light area. So that they can take you to the Hotel at a much higher price and make some commission out of it.
