Horrible checkin experience, did not provide any information about amenities, dining options, Wi-Fi access. Ordered Coffee in room, which was served lukewarm.
Dining experience was horrible, with staff inattentive, had to wait for 20 minutes to even have someone bring me water, that too after asking.
On positive note, when approached the manager to offer my feedback, they were receptive and apologized, offered free coffee. It does appear to be a training issue for the reception staff.
