"Room and breakfast area were clean and good. Pool area water was cloudy, many kids there though w holiday weekend. Only one staff person for checkin and there was a line at 4pm. Tried to checkin at 3pm but was told room unavailable and to come back at 4. Took about 45 minutes to check in at 4pm with 4 families in front of us."

"Good breakfast options, and gluten free selections available upon request. Room worked out well for family of 4. We had a small dog (20lbs) and the pet fee of $100 for the duration of our stay was acceptable. Parking had a 3rd party security patrol as an extra layer of protection. I did need to extend my stay by one day. I was required to pay the standard rate for a Friday stay, which was significantly higher than the Hotels.com rate for the previous 3 nights. Felt like a bit of a punishment - but circumstances left me few options. While there were many things to like about this hotel, the maximum charge levied for the extra night would prevent me from selecting this property in the future....even though I am a Hyatt Club member."

"The price was great. The room was clean, quiet and the AC worked great. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The staff were very helpful. I would look to staying here again if I am in the Columbus area in the future."

"Check in process was efficent, staff welcoming. The location and the room were super clean. I chose this location as one of the few with onsite EV charging which was available. Nothing bad to say at all!"

"We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom sink. We asked for towels, bed made, and trash removed daily. They did not come to our room in 3 days or 3 night stay. We had to empty the trash and go downstairs to get towels. There was a spot/stain on the floor which looked like a dog had urinated. Our last night the air conditioner did not work, so it was hot and stuffy all night long. The traffic, fire trucks, and ambulances were heard all night long. The manager said he would refund us one night but that did not happen either. Take heed and don’t stay there. We will not stay there again."

"Hot tub was closed concreted over Pool was closed Elevator was broken Laundry on 3rd floor was broken Drivewayhad huge potholes that could destroy any vehicle any size Apathethic employees who didnt care. Wifi internet was sporadic. Worst stay at a choice hotel ever dont recommend -4/10"
