"The staff is friendly . I was disappointed that the Crows Nest was closed . There are so many people in town . I had looked forward to going to The Crows Nest 😔 Why do they close during the summer and there busy season ?????????"
"Would have preferred a walk-in shower but room was excellent with lovely view of the mountains. Our reservation was somehow lost but the hotel was very accommodating and gave us their best available rate. "
"The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-)
The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay."
"The staff were excellent, helpful and many of them seemed genuinely happy to say hello and good morning (even at 6 am!). Some of the guests were kind of loud throughout the night and some loud cars on the road outside, but that feels like the luck of the draw really. The actual in was very pleasant and pretty comfortable. "
