"In one of the rooms, there was a terrible stink emanating from the sink next to the coffee-maker. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. Fortunately my sense of smell is not good but my family complained about it. Weather was cool in Monterey but even when we raised the temperature on the thermostat it was blowing cold air. The room was supposed to be an accessible room for seniors. Not healthy for seniors in that room."

When we woke up, our hips and backs hurt real bad. Second thing was the noise. Their ceilings are thin and the upstairs tenant constantly talked, walked back and forth including dragging something across the floor. It all echoed into our room and the tenant didn't stop the noise until about midnight."
