"Amazing staff, very accommodating! Very clean rooms, well maintained property and pool area. They went above and beyond to give our disabled child a wonderful experience. He was met with helpfulness and an overwhelming sense of compassion. Front desk staff and breakfast staff far exceeded any expectation. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart."

"Firstly, we booked a room for 3 persons (1king and a pull out couch, as advertised on the website) but upon arrival were advised that “none of their rooms had pull outs” so we had to pay extra for double beds, even though I clearly showed him my reservation that stated there was a pullout. Our room keys kept deactivating causing us to go to the front desk to reactivate them 4 times during our 2 day stay. The smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming on the first floor with numerous ceiling panels missing, leading to fiber glass being exposed. They keep side doors “propped open” with rocks, awesome for your safety…and lastly, but definitely not least…they have cockroaches. But don’t dare ask for a different room or a refund because you’ll just be met with “it’s not their problem”. "
