"The spa including the indoor pool & sauna needed to be pre-booked which was a little bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and really big. "Staff were great, from check in to the snack bar staff. We were only there for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned, beds made or clean towels left.
