superb hotel from which to explore the Bodensee

This hotel is a great place to stay if exploring the Bodensee area. Our room was was modern, clean and the beds very comfortable. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room. The breakfast was an excellent continental offering which included eggs according to your preference. The hotel is located in a quiet village and we slept very well.

Hotel und Gasthaus empfehlen wir gern weiter, die Zimmer sind einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man so für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Hervorragend ist die Küche, die Speisen sind zwar nicht sehr günstig, aber Geschmack und Qualität rechtfertigen die gehobene Preiskategorie. Das Frühstück war lecker, gekochte Eier wurden bei Bedarf gebracht, leider gab es keine Rühr- oder Spiegeleier. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken den Gastgebern für vier schöne Tage.

Zimmer und Bad absolut sauber. Die Dusche war leider etwas eng, hat aber gut funktioniert. Das Bett war OK, feste Matratze und ordentliche Bettwäsche. Kopfkissen etwas knuddelig, dennoch gut geschlafen. Treppenbelag zu den Zimmern müsste noch erneuert werden. Man muss aber berücksichtigen, dass das Restaurant erst vor 3 Jahren komplett renoviert wurde. Das muss erst einmal wieder verdient werden. Sehr nette Gastgeber und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet sowie leckeres Abendessen. Preislich eher im gehobenen Bereich. Uns hat es gefallen. Nette Aufmerksamkeit ein Glas Sekt am Geburtstag auf Kosten des Hauses.
