Room 102 should be avoided—its exterior window and proximity to reception amplify noise. Overall, the property feels neglected: worn furnishings, stained linens, no housekeeping in two weeks. Internet issues were dismissed as “the government.” The prevailing impression is indifference to guest experience, delivered politely."
