"The best thing about the hotel was the dark haired girl that was the hotel clerk. The free coffee bar was nice. I wish they would have had some kind of a free breakfast. It was very convenient to downtown. The hot tub and pool was nice."

"No frills motel, very clean and beds were comfortable. Shower was small but sufficient, hot water and good pressure. Beds were very comfortable, TV had a redline in the center so probably needs to be replaced. No decaf coffee or tea, but location was great, check in efficient and fairly quiet even though on busy street"

"There was a standard cleaning fee not included in the booking price on Hotels, but even so it was an adorable little cabin, and I enjoyed my stay. It was easy to get in and out of, and very close to Pictured Rocks. The service in the area is spotty, which for me was nice and let me unplug a bit, but if that’s not your thing the cabin had wifi and a TV. The cabins are close together if that’s not your thing, but I never heard a peep from anyone else staying there, and the blinds installed allow for complete privacy."

"Staff is wonderful, had an issue with the sink but they were on it quickly. Room was very clean with a rustic vibe. The floor does slant a bit but the sidewalk slants as well. It’s a good place to stay if you’re just there to sleep and going to be out and about the lake. Close enough to walk to the Main Street with restaurants and shopping."
