"Very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had the king suite with sofa bed which was unfortunately located right beside the elevator and that’s all we could hear all night. We asked to move rooms but that type of room is only located beside the elevator. The pool and slide were great but there is a lack of ventilation or something because the adults could not sit in the room without burning eyes to the point of tears. The kids would also leave with burning eyes and coughing. I’ve never experienced this before it was actually pretty bad! Breakfast was great and probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts we’ve had."

"I had a nice 4-night stay at Delta Hotels. The hotel was clean throughout, and my room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The lobby had a pleasant atmosphere, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy, taking less than two minutes. The indoor pool was warm and well-maintained. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront, Citadel National Historic Site, and a convenient neighbourhood with an Enterprise rental car location right next door. My only minor suggestion would be to pay a little more attention to the quality and replenishment of in-room amenities. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. Thank you all at Delta Hotel in HFX :)"

"This motel was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were quite friendly. The only complaint I would have would be with the parking. There are cement posts (holding the top seck up) in some of the parking spots, so it was a challenge to park, and there are smoking areas right outside some of the rooms. I would like to have had a smoking area away from the doors to the rooms, maybe on the side of the motel. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to our rooms. Overall, this wouldn't deter me from staying here again - which will be this fall!"

"There was no blow dryer or iron and ironing board in the room, but the front desk supplied them with a smile. The bathroom did not have any place to put toiletries and it was awkward to use the hairdryer and curling iron. There wasn’t even enough room for a toothbrush. Otherwise all was good."
