"There is a damp smell in the room and in the corridor. The bed is not comfortable. The towels are old and very stiff, some of them have holes. All the furniture in the room is quite worn out. Breakfasts weren't great either (the orange juice had a very strange taste, like it was spoiled, so everyone who tried it threw it away)"

"Parking was great, they give you a pass to cover parking in the parking garage and it’s very convenient for getting into the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. It smells nice when you walk in the lobby area. The room was clean and nice. Looks a little older decorated but it has a charming vibe. I wanted to hate the bed because it was so firm, but it actually took away my back and hip pain. lol. The bedding is very soft. Bathrooms are nice with a good sized tub. Balconies were fun. Band both nights outside but they stopped playing at a decent time so that was nice. Pillows were too hard for me. The only problem with my stay is that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance for the duration of the stay. My requirement for wherever we stayed was that it had a pool for our toddler. I was very disappointed. I don’t remember seeing anything when I booked about the pool being closed. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"The front desk staffs are lazy and on their phone all the time. They are not helpful at all. I asked for an extra chair for my room and the front desk lady said they could not provide. The front desk lady was on her phone laying on the sofa with the sheet and eating her pizza. I don’t think this is professional. In addition, I do not think the hotel was full when we stayed there. They provided me the room which the window is completely blocked by the sign of the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days because of work and I feel like staying in the prison."

"This place is basically a motel six. If you have those expectations coming in, you won't be disappointed. The room was OK not super clean. There were some hairs in the shower and definitely needs a little bit of an upgrade. The staff was almost annoyed when we asked for bedding, which should've been included in our room as we were four with a pullout and one bed. The saving grace was definitely the omelette bar. The rest of the breakfast was just OK, but in comparison to the actual hotel, I was surprised they had a woman making omelettes. Definitely a cost of under $100. I paid around 150 which was definitely overpriced for this type of hotel."
