"Pros: Check-in was a breeze. They provided a Handicap accessible room upon request. Grounds were clean and the staff was excellent. Asked for extra towels and pillows and they were quickly provided. Very Polite. If your looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep this will serve you well. Cons: Amenities - the only chair in the room was a desk chair. Presented with a lounge type chair to allow to sit comfortably and read or change your socks... wasn't there. There was no microwave unless...

"The European style rooms are tiny, but they are comfortable and well equipped. Loved the tech. Check-in was easy and the people helping very nice. The absolute biggest downside is they do not have parking. So you need to include $24 per 12 hours at a non-affiliated parking garage with a walk to the hotel bringing your luggage unless you have a second person you can drop off with your luggage and then go park."

"We have stayed at this property before. This time was a bit of a disappointment. We let them know it was our 26th annivasary and nothing. Have run a inn guests want to feel seen, important. Our room was small for the price we paid. The bathroom shiw was not cleaned with old soap tried on the inside and mold on the ceiling. Mind you this was only one room, the fact tgat they have a restaurant on property is nice. Also a breakfast/coffe place but my suggestion is if check out is at 11 stay open...

"Property was clean but outdated. Breakfast was subpar compared to other similar hotels. There is a Dunkin next door but this means we could not take advantage of complimentary breakfast. The accessible bathroom was large but would have benefited from a walk in shower and the showerhead was too high. The controls were difficult to manipulate. Would not have been usable by some in a wheelchair. The bedding was thin and lacked a comforter or quilt. The pillows were thin and not supportive. The...

"This is our fourth time staying at the Seaport. The hotel is just the perfect size - a little smaller. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. They have a lovely restaurant for dinner if you don’t want togo out. They offer a wonderful breakfast and in the nice weather. It’s a great walk to the north end and sites in Boston. "
