"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"Really nice stay. Enjoyed large choice at breakfast. Big clean modern rooms. Air-conditioning was working well. Also noticed the gym looked well equipped but did not have the time to use it. Bar prices were too expensive so did not use."

"The apartment itself was nice. However, the bathroom has a sewage smell eminating from the shower drain. When the bathroom door was left open, the smell filled the room and we needed to open the windows.
They advertise there is a washer and a dryer included in the apartment. We booked this room specifically because of the washer and dryer. They did not mention in the advertisement the dryer did not work and have a piece of paper next to it saying the dryer is out of service. The washer was also...

"The hotel was really good! The location was convenient and well connected by public transport, which made getting around easy. I had a pleasant stay and would happily stay there again on my next visit.
And Krakow is, of course, wonderful. This hotel is a very good choice if you want to make your stay memorable."

"Important warning: there isn't anywhere particularly close to this hotel where a car can park (without paying); I ended up just hopping out quickly on the side of a busy road, which isn't ideal.
The staff are really lovely, and the breakfast at the restaurant they work with (it's nearby, you can buy vouchers from the hotel if you want but I did not) is *really* good.

"Tolles Apartment das absolut nicht alltäglich ist. Man schläft in einem Wintergarten.
Es war draußen kühl, die Heizung war an und im Appartement war es wunderbar warm.
Sauberkeit war sehr gut, Ausstattung ebenso.

"Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was the perfect size for a couple along with a cute kitchenette area and plenty of room to spread out. Everything was extremely clean and seemed new. The location is great as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions but far enough from all the hustle and bustle. Will def be back soon. "
