"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. "We have always found our stays at the hotel to be good ones. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, parking plentiful and breakfast offers a good choice of food. The hotel is a busy one and there are signs of wear and tear and so would benefit from a makeover, but that does not take away from it being a hotel well worth booking a stay at. We do recommend this hotel to people."

"Even though there are positives in that this hotel is located in a quiet area and has ample parking I do not know how it is rated a 4 star. The decor is from the 70’s and needs a serious update. Even though the website says there is a fan in the room I had to go down to reception and ask for one. The carpets need replacing and there is no ramp into the reception area so you have to carry any luggage up and down stairs. No fridge in the room either. The wi-if was so bad I couldn’t have a 5 minute...

"Room was small but clean. As the weather was very hot they had put a small fan tower in the room which was extremely noisy but did cool the room down. Paid £13 each for breakfast and you had quite a good choice. Tea/coffee, several fresh juices, hot food cooked for you which was excellent. Nice bar area to relax. The price for our stay was extremely good value and we would definitely stay again."
