"Stay was fine. Facilities and room were extremely nice. Property was pretty out of the way. Lot of extra built in fees if you wanted to use a service like bus to airport but even that was limited and we couldn’t use cause it didn’t run on the time when he had our flight. So kind of useless. We always went into town for food as the breakfast was to pricey. We had a bit of chaotic last night as phones were going off in every room and then a firem alarm went off and staff seemed kind of like they did not know what they were doing."

"Convenient hotel for the airport that can be reached by walking, comfortable rooms, and excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I needed an airport hotel while transferring through Amsterdam."

"Room was clean, secure and comfortable. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. Staff, overall were helpful and professional. Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough. "

"The room was big enough but the sofa bed was not prepared when we arrive. The sofa bed also looked a bit thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay but the area was small and busy. There was no service either. Also I feel we have been charged twice on a different card and all they can say is contacting our finance department—not helpful! "
