"Absolutely wonderful stay at IHG in The Villages! Kudos to the entire team. The front desk agent was incredibly kind, and everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable with my service animal. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and laid-back. Breakfast was fresh and the area was spotless—even the wonderful breakfast attendant was mopping and keeping everything immaculate. You can tell this hotel takes cleanliness and hospitality seriously. I can’t say enough good things about our...

"The Waterfront Inn is a beautiful property in a great location in The Villages. It is just a short walk to entertainment and restaurants in addition to having a restaurant and bar onsite. The room was really nice and clean. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi with a wonderful view. The staff were all very nice as well."

"Clean, comfortable beds"

"The girl at the front desk was beyond terrible. We are amoving company from DE and my crew was in FL for an unload. I called in advance to let them know the crew wouldn't get there until 3-4am. They get there and the front desk girl gave them terrible attitude and dirty looks. Any question they asked, she responded with an attitude. We got 2 rooms - one of the keys didn't work for the room. When my guy informed her off it, she told him it probably does work and now we need to take a field...

"The bed was dirty I had the linen change on it. The carpet was wet and moldy smelling and dirty. Air conditioning was very loud. However front desk person was very nice very cooperative. She apologized for the state of my room."

"Walked in the room, live German cockroach on the wall. I killed it before the wife saw. Everything was in rough shape though. The painting was melting off the wall, the paint everywhere was spotty, the edges of all the furniture was worn, the "desk" was too high to use practically, and the nearby outside door lock didn't work with my card. But the bed was fine, sheets were clean, and staff was pleasant!"
