Great little place

The hotel was very clean. Great location right on the beach. Staff was very nice, welcoming and accomodating. Great experience. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay here! Staff were incredible. Resort has been renovated and is in good condition. Location is good. Pool area and hot tub are fantastic. We will return to this resort when coming back to the area.

We love this resort. It is so relaxing and laid back. All the guests are super nice and friendly. The activities are always a great time- love Bingo by the pool. Great restaurant choices all within walking distance. Will stay here again.

Wonderful place for a family retreat

THis was a great retreat with Family. My son and Daughter and her family had a wonderful time. Staff was very welcoming. Loved the activities and the fact you can walk out to the beach and enjoy the surf or remain on the pool deck. Can say enough about this stay.

Worst stay in my life.

I am utterly appalled by the deplorable treatment my family and I received during our stay at your establishment. Despite our simple request for additional bedding and clean towels, we were met with blatant disregard and redirected multiple times. When attempting to retrieve the items from a housekeeping cart, which we presumed were provided for guest use, we were unjustly accused of theft and subjected to aggressive verbal assault. The behavior exhibited by your staff, including housekeeping and security, was utterly reprehensible. We were unjustly labeled as thieves, harassed, and humiliated, culminating in our forced eviction from the premises. It is utterly unacceptable to be subjected to such baseless accusations and hostility when simply seeking assistance. This experience has not only marred our stay but has deeply offended and disappointed us. It is incomprehensible that a hospitality establishment would permit such disgraceful conduct towards its guests.

There is security on site around the clock. Love this! Your vehicle and your stay is at the property feels very safe. The restaurants they have onsite are outstanding. Good choices of food. We stayed in a studio with a balcony on the 3rd floor, it was comfortable for 2 people and this included the Murphy bed. We slept very well! I would say this has been a very nice stay at this facility for young and old guests. We recommend staying at Ocean East. We will definitely stay here again!

Expensive. No room cleaning. No trash removal. Pool is small. If you want to use chairs around a pool you should wake up before sunrise (I’m not kidding). Check out at 10 am. I asked for 2 extra hours: $100. Lost beach towel - $25, lost room key (card) - $10.

Not so resort style

Check in was supposed to be 5 which is already a late check in compared to other hotels in the area. Arrived at 5:15 pm. Room still not available. Over an hour went by and still not been given our keys. After explaining my frustration with the clerk she then stated for the fifth time it would only be a few more minutes and that Amanda could make it right in the morning. After speaking to Amanda, she never made it right and “only” offer was a late check out, not able to use since I had leave at 6am day of the checkout anyway. The room the entire week smelled like pepper spray. Room service was great but management could some help.
