If the parking arrangements are not suitable for your need, you may cancel without penalty within 24 hours of booking. If our local staff is need to assist with any in-home issues, we can absolutely arrange a site visit for you. We have not encountered any problem with the sliding glass door, but we will certainly have this inspected to ensure it is functioning properly. Thank you for being a great guest!
