"Everything was clean. The pool/sauna/hot tub and fitness center are open 5a-midnight, which is a generous time period compared to other hotels. Breakfast was great but it would have been exciting to have something that was clearly vegan, maybe one kind of plant milk? But we enjoyed the waffle maker. And it was really nice that the coffee/tea and some fruit stayed out 24/7! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I loved the scent of the shampoo. Overall I would definitely come back."

"This was a great place to stay. Our room was very large and had a refrigerator and microwave and sofa. The staff was very friendly, they had coffee, water and cookies available and the included breakfast was good with lots of choices. We would stay again."

"My room was really clean and the cleaning staff I interacted with were always really friendly and helpful. Room a little on the small side, but but not terrible. Breakfast was ok... not terrible but not great. Parking was pretty limited in the evenings. Front desk staff were there.... just not friendly or very helpful past check in. Probably won't be my go to option in Salem but wouldn't be a terrible option if there was nothing else."

"This hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I booked in thinking that breakfast and parking was included, but it was not. There was coffee in the room, but it was not very good quality. Starbucks was available in the lobby with a banana and croissant for six dollars, which was reasonable. No butter or jam though. They also had a breakfast buffet for a higher price. The room itself was fairly comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The accessible room did not have a sitting area. The bathroom was strange. There was no lock on the swinging glass door. The lights were somewhat difficult to operate as well but overall, we had a very nice stay. Staff was very helpful."
