The bathroom was terrible rust in water. Coffee maker no coffee or cups. Linen had stains. Mattread was just awful. Refrigerator and frezzer needed defrost just overall a cleaning. Room door no extra lock.Air condition smell like mold.
First, made reservations & pre-paid 11SEPT2015, arrived on time 1NOV2015 to be told that they had no reservations, to call Expedia to have reservations refaxed. THEN, refused to accept service-dog registration, had to have "Paperwork ONLY". Entry lobby/breakfast nook/sitting area OVERRUN with the owners/staff's young, out of control children. Met maid outside while contacting Expedia. Turned out, the motel was going to pet-free and cancelled my reservations 2 weeks ago, without notifying me (or anyone). Expedia arranged a painless/no fee cancellation and reservations at a MUCH better motel.
(I had to rate the cleanliness and comfort of the room, but they were not seen by me)
I had to look up the reservation email to show them the date I paid for the room. Coffeemaker but no coffee. OLD beds...but it was clean. The breakfast offered is coffee, toast and cereals.

Hotel was not aware of my arrival because reservation was emailed to them rather than faxed. Hotel clerk said that that sometimes presents a problem when reservations are emailed to them and they get booked up with being aware that a reservation has been made but emailed. I told her that has nothing to do with the traveler but with hotels.com and how they communicate to hotels.
When we first got there the young man behind the desk couldn't find the confirmations. I had to call Hotels.com because he claimed he hadn't gotten it.

No iron or hangers.
There was no iron and no hangers in the room. As I arrived late at night, after 11 pm, I was inconvenienced to have to return to the front desk to request those items in order to be able to prep my clothes for the next day. Otherwise everything was great. The manager was very kind and accommodating. My overall stay was quite pleasant.
We stayed at Country Hearth the night before we visited Plains, GA. The staff was friendly, and we were happy with our stay.

It served it's purpose
Room was out of date. The fragrance housekeeping used to make the room smell clean was overwhelming.

Honestly the only reason we stayed here for a second time is because we have pets and this hotel is the only pet friendly hotel in town.

Only place in town!
Only hotel in town! Not terrible, but out-dated, dingy and very noisy. We had a corner room downstairs with a view of a dark stairwell. And, although the place wasn't packed, they put a very noisy crowd in the room directly above us in the middle of the night! Bed was hard and plumbing needed repairs but it was relatively clean. It served the purpose but not very comfortably.
Rooms were bare basic but TV was new. Beds were comfortable; blanket had small holes throughout.
Desk clerk friendly. Bathroom
Floor had dead bug & hair behind door . In a small town with no other choices it was adequate

Ok for where it was at
Me and a friend stayed there over night to attend church in Plains, GA. We checked in late and asked for a late check out the next day so that we could change after church was over. We was told that it would cost $30. I paid the $30, but I felt it was not right. Other than that the room was okay.
A family-run hotel. The folks behind the counter are a trove of information about the ins and outs of the area. Don't ask a question you don't want a comprehensive answer to. They have a lot of Christian-conference and hunter clientele and seem to delight in both, as well as the occasional travelers like us. There are signs about removing muddy hunting gear before entering, but the only indication of the hunting business was the tiled area just inside the room door. We had a good-sized room, with a free microwave, refrigerator, and decent-speed WiFi at a great price. The night after we stayed here, we stayed on the executive floor at a Sheraton in Atlanta for about 3x the cost. It was not as quiet and didn't have a microwave or refrigerator; WiFi was an extra, but not noticeably faster. The people here were welcoming, the room was clean and quiet, the parking was easy and ample, and my wife gives it 5 stars for the water pressure in the shower (a particular criterion for her). Easy in/out access and Google Maps leads you directly to the driveway. We were there for a family event nearby and will probably stay there again next year. If you're looking for the Ritz, you're in the wrong part of the world, but if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay at a good price, this would be my recommendation.

Decent for the price
I came driving a long way and this was a best fit for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. This was the better ones i could find around Providence canyon. No complaints.
The pictures and information was misleading to say the least. On arrival the front door had a handwritten sign that said ( please wipe the mud off of your feet ) some greeting. Next they gave us the key to our room which turned out to be a handicapped room which we did not request, we could have asked for another room but it was very late when we checked in. All of the towels and wash cloths were yellow and the carpet looked like it had not been cleaned also the bed was very uncomfortable it felt like the box springs were worn out.
The hotel was clean and very convient and the front desk clerk was very welcoming. I will definitely stay again!

Wi fi and TV were out of order at times. Had to call front desk to fix problem. Coffe maker leaked water all over & we had to call for a replacement. Refrigerator was so iced up it froze all our food. Overall it was OK.
barely furnished room. obvious that shampoo and lotion bottles are being refilled by hand. old mattress. not a lot of choices here in this town, but you might consider driving another 15 minutes to the next town
