"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the room with a card from Lane Retreat wishing our 10year old @Buckythefriendlypup a Happy Birthday and enjoy our wine country celebrations. The breakfast selections were excellent. Parking was convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean. We including the poochies enjoyed our stay!"

"Set back from mcdonalds road so pretty quiet. We enjoyed the balcony and the view from it."

"Such a lovely quiet location in love surrounds to enjoy a break away from the city."

"Everything was perfect. Great value for money"

"Great location and very central to everything. A nice cafe on site with great food and really friendly staff. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though we didn’t have in-house housekeeping each day, they offered clean towels, pool towels, dishwashing liquid etc, so we never ran short. "Beautiful elegant room and a super comfortable bed. The grounds and gardens were delightful. Our host was lovely and helpful. My only negative is the horrible acrylic blankets on the bed, hot and uncomfortable to sleep under. We will be back with byo blankets."

"Location great; 2 sitting areas and great views of the kangaroos skipping past"

"Clean room very friendly and helpful husband wife owners on the spot to greet and farewell Thank you"

"Amazing people amazing place. Will be back next year"

"The hotel was a great stay for a few days, the owner Chris is a nice guy and very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy."

"We had the most amazing stay here in a 3 bedroom house. It was very large and great for entertaining as we also had some family staying at Peppers. Will be back again."
