値段の割には、シャンプーや石鹸など最低限必要なものは揃っている。
立地もロハスマーケットに近くて便利。
部屋とシャワートイレが若干狭いのが難点

Comfy
Small but comfortable and clean room. The owners were very friendly. The internet was good here which is why I stayed multiple nights since most other places have horrible wifi in Davao. Overall I enjoyed staying here though it can be a bit difficult for taxi drivers to find.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum von Davao City
Das Hotelpersonal und die Besitzer sind ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings ist das Hotel nur bis 23h geöffnet. Später check in und out werden gesondert berechnet. Frühstück ist gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Auch Wäsche kann gegen einen geringen Preis gewaschen werden. Die Säuberung der Zimmer erfolgt bei Aufforderung. Einige Zimmer sind wegen frühem Hahnenkrähen im Innenhof , das durch die Air Condition dringt , nicht so geeignet.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

Not bad, but not that great either.
I love this family and I was happy with my room even though it was small and the neighborhood was a bit ramshackle. The staff was very helpful and we had wonderful morning conversation. It's within walking distance of Magsaysay park and fruit stalls for all of you durian, marang and pumelo lovers. I would have stayed here a bit longer if the rates had been a bit cheaper.... was too much for what they were offering in my opinion. $40 a night would have been more reasonable. I recommend this place if you are just passing through and want a clean and friendly atmosphere, but with comparable rooms in the area for $35 you might go for something less expensive.

nice little place
Nice budget hotel in a local Filipino working class neighborhood.
This hotel is a gem for the budget traveler and has all of the following:
Nicely decorated.
Immaculate Clean
Comfortable beds.
Pleasant and extremely helpful hosts.
However understand this;
Rooms are small.
