A great place to stay

The one thing that’s today in this hotel was the friendliness efficiency of the reception team made you feel part of the family The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout The breakfast let itself down in my opinion as it didn’t really cater for the international guest mainly for the local guest but that’s not a big issue I really enjoyed my stay and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and once again the hotel was spotless throughout

Great dining at the restaurant and first hot shower in weeks! The hotel does not allow outside food until the restaurant closes at 10 pm so we feared high prices but everything was reasonable and delicious. It is now one of our favorites in Davao. We were there for only a few hours arriving after dark and leaving before dawn but the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The air conditioning worked well. The common areas were clean and well kept. The room we had did have some issues. The shower head was broken and the tub had a crack in the bottom of it that was covered up with an anti slip tub mat.

Stayed here for a few weeks. Standard room was much to small so upgraded to larger room. Well worth it. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Pleasant Place

The staff is super nice and very helpful. They all have a smile on their faces. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at the hotel for a week, and we definitely know where to stay if we come to visit Davao again in the near future. We enjoyed coming down for breakfast as the food is very good, love the buffet! We especially like the menus at the restaurant, reasonable price and lots of selections to choose from. The food is tasty! Shout out to all the staff, and to the management team.

Very nice hotel. Excellent view of Davao City from the upper floors. Not on a main road so traffic noise is minimal. The only complaint would be the breakfast offerings when included in the room rate. Quite limited and the manager would let my wife pay extra for an upgrade. But the hotel is impeccably clean and service is top notch.

The WiFi access was exceptional. Even in the remote parts of the parking lot where the designated smoking area is located. Luckily, I had a folding chair I brought with me and the Christmas Tree gave me shade or I'd have been quite miserable. The included breakfast was quite good at first, but when my Filipina wife wanted to substitute items later on, no dice. I always went for the American breakfast options and it didn't disappoint. I recommend going for the omelette and adding whatever you want. Delish. As with most Philippines hotels, the hospitality and service is amazing.

The staff were excellent, however the hotel was not. Little or no hot water. Room safe had to be repaired. I reservation was for queen bed, but all they had was twin beds. No swimming pool on site. Food was ok. No where for two to eat in room. Had to eat in bed. TV remotes was not working when I arrived. Needed batteries. No fresh towels daily. House keeping came once in 3 days.

First, let me say that the staff were always courteous, respectful and professional. The restaurant food was also very good. However, I gave Panorama Summit Hotel a 2 star rating because I was charged an additional PHP100 for requesting an additional bath towel and PHP100 for requesting two bottles of water. Who does that?! I have stayed in countless hotels in different countries and the US and have NEVER been charged for requesting an extra towel. Hand towels and wash cloths are not provided. Also, bottled water is often provided by many hotels free of charge. The water pressure in the shower was very low. In my opinion, I would NEVER recommend Panorama Summit Hotel to any family member or anyone else for that matter.
