This was one of the more affordably priced rooms I saw, but it left nothing to be desired for space, location, cleanliness, comfort, or service. (Note - no staff on-site overnight.) "The hotel was very nice but the communication of the front reception leaves you feeling like you’re on your own because they never answer the phone, are often missing and never look at their inbox. There were several times we tried to call them because we had booked two nights and could not reach the city due to circumstances not in control as we got stranded in another town, they would not refund us, which is okay as we didn’t buy the cancellation but Expedia tried to contact them so many times and they could not get a hold of anyone at the reception or via email. If you stay here, ask all your questions if you happen to find someone at the desk in the first place, we had to wait 30 minutes because no one was available to check us in. "

"Went to the Christmas market on Friday night. Easy walk to the market where we enjoyed ourselves. One of the best Christmas markets we have visited. The hotel's optional breakfast is well worth the 15 euro/each. We highly recommend."
