"We booked this pub as it was perfect for a party we were going to. Unfortunately although our email confirmation for the night we wanted was correct and confirmed there was 'no room at the Inn' and there was a mistake and our room was double booked and none other available. However the staff there were brilliant and they got us a room at another of their Pubs nearby and paid for the taxi to get us there and could not do enough to help us - they gave us a discount as well so appreciated they...
