Room service was so bad its took them about 2 hours to bring up some towels also only a few choices you can pick for food and the prices of things are really expensive. When we had alook around we round that our 1 bed-room suite wasnt cleaned the floor,i think they should have a better choice of food even when we rang for room service and and asked for two cooked breakfast they told me no sorry its lunch time so we only have sandwiches or chicken cuzzy,if you go to a hotel you should be able to get what ever food you want and also if you dont eat early in the morning and want a breakfast in the afternoon then they should do so also couls obly use the gym for free not aloud to ues the pool you have to pay for it and also when your spending alot of money it should be in the price.

Would very much recommend this hotel. Handy for Bluewater- bus goes to Bluewater every 12 minutes from a 10 minute walk down the road. Our rooms had lovely views over the Dartford Bridge.
Upon arrival we unfortunately didn’t receive a warm welcome, it was late in the evening but the check in experience felt too rushed and we weren’t told the checkout time or anything about the leisure facilities- we were only told the times for breakfast and where our rooms would be. I was looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and I hoped it would be fun, but unfortunately the pool was dirty, the water was weightless. It was really unpleasant to be there, but the child really wanted to, so we only spent an hour in the pool.

Food was tasty and bar staff helpful but neighbouring room VERY noisy and we woke to find a bedbug climbing all over my wife (photo available). Receptions staff just shrugged and said 'sorry 'bout that!' Would NOT go back

The room was clean. The noise and vibration from the generator/filter system outside our window went on through the night, which can be felt on the the bed. The pillows were rubbish and the duvet thin. The food was very average and not hot, not a lot of choice on the breakfast buffet and low quality produce. The water filter on the hot drinks machine needed replacing ( as stated on the machines display) so foamy white residue in the water. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels and this was well below par.

Very good hotel ideally located near M25 / Dartford Tunnel which suited my work schedule. Clean room, comfy bed, good shower. Beer and fish and chips in the bar also good. Have stayed in several Double Tree by Hotels. Usually pretty good.
Wife used gym / pool while I was on business. Basic but adequate.

Fantastic stay, pool and gym were a highlight . The kids had so much fun.
Location is lovely as very close to blue waters, and a short distance from a beautiful Lake.
We also met the breakfast staff Mara who spiced up our final experience just before check out. She chatted to us and looked after us. That made a lot of difference for us.
Even though the coffee Machine wasn’t working, we could see the efforts from the breakfast Manager and all the staff to make alternatives.
Overall a great experience. Will definitely return.

No heating on arrival, no one answers the phone so everytime i had to go down to reception. Basic heater given so throughthe night i had to keep waking to either turn off or on the heater
Lovely rooms and very comfortable! Check in was quick and easy with complimentary divine choc chip cookie and super friendly reception. Pool was busy but lovely to have a swim after breakfast which was good!
Stayed here a few times apart from my initial stayed when they messed up my bookings and doubled charged me when I was leaving and another time I was sent to a room that was already occupied. It’s the most convenient hotel that provides are the things I need to unwind and have a relaxing break. I wasn’t aware of the spa until recently and I went ahead and booked a full body massage that’s was so good. I didn’t even want to have a shower afterwards my whole body felt so good. So defo will be going there as long I can these a massage and the use of the leisure facility.
I had a lovely stay. The room was great. Nice view and very clean. The bed was comfy. The food was delicious and the staff were polite.

Anniversary stay
The hotel itself was very busy and very noisy! Lots of loud music and doors banging all the time!
The bed was very small and very hard and uncomfortable.
The room itself was nice so shame about the bed!
We also asked for help for a taxi and waited 30mins for the taxi to not turn up and the hotel weren’t very helpful with this.
Breakfast was £30 for two of us and I thought that was quite a lot but when we had the breakfast, it was lovely and so worth the money, they really accommodated my dietary requirements so def recommend the breakfast as it was very tasty!
Just a shame about the rest.
