"From check-in to check-out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The receptionist, Asia, was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome immediately. The room was comfortable and the pool and gym were solid. The property is dated, but well maintained. We’d stay again."

"Overall, our stay was good. We stayed in the smaller building, not the main tall building, and unfortunately some of the rooms had a very strong odor that was unbearable. The staff was helpful and worked with us to switch rooms, which we appreciated. However, the new room had some bathroom issues, so the stay was not as smooth as we hoped. The staff’s response was positive, but the hotel should definitely address the odor and maintenance issues in the smaller building."

"Check in, check out, and calls to the front desk were slower than expected because there was most often only 1 person at the front desk. I’d requested a quiet room in my reservation because we are very light sleepers but was given one by the pool on the 2nd floor which was very loud with pool traffic in and out of the area. The smell of chlorine was so strong it could be smelled all the way to my room. When we opened the door to my room the chlorine smell would enter and stay inside my room. The walls are also quite thin so we could hear the conversations of the room next door which was disruptive in the late evening and sometimes even at 3am during the holiday weekend. Given we would be staying 1 week, I asked for another room but the front desk person said they were sold out so we had to stay in the room. We did not have a pleasant stay given the noise and smells. I did find the room spacious and the breakfast included was a big plus. The location is convenient and walking distance to most major museums and monuments. If you don’t stay on the 2nd floor and you’re not sensitive to sound this would be a fine hotel option."
