"Parking is limited under the building, and you have to pay per night. They offer the council parking lot across the road, as though it's part of their facility. Also, they offer breakfast, but there's no buffet. The cafe staff make each meal individually, and on the day I stayed there, the cafe could not meet the demand for breakfast in a timely fashion, as they were grossly understaffed and under-equipped. It meant you had to choose from the takeaway cabinet to be able to make it to work on...

"From check in to check out the entire experience was fabulous. The building is beautiful having been fully renovated. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and beautifully displayed. A ten out of ten for us."

"Definitely will be returning"

"There was nothing wrong with the property as the rooms were very clean and the staff are friendly and happy to help."

"We liked the proximities to so many places. Perfect for viewing the Carnival of Flowers Street Parade. Next door to Burke & Wills restaurant, Zach's. Good food & service. We used the microwave and hot plate with provided fryingpan. The light didn't work on the greasy range hood. I liked there was a vases to enjoy blooms during...

"Can be a bit more expensive than other options in the area but if the rate is acceptable I would highly recommend. Nice clean rooms and well soundproofed."

"These guys are fabulous. I stay here nearly every month for the last 12 months. They are like my family that look after me every month they’re welcoming. Sharon is fabulous and Kim is amazing and they also fabulous. I would highly recommend this in over any other property in Toowoomba"
