"Stayed here for two nights for a once in a lifetime ancestral visit. The room, pool and view of the pool from the room were the best part. The problem is that doesn’t make for the full experience, the staff does. The staff seems to be spilt into two kind, one group that is clueless, and the other that is trying hard to make up for the first group. The customer suffers in the middle of the two. "Pillowcase had stains, toilet bowl was worst than a public toilet. The toilet paper was soaking wet. Couldn't take a shower because the handle came off and fell on the floor. Furniture in the room was dusty, the window curtains were with stains. I think this says enough."
