"This is most difficult hotel experience we have ever encountered in all our years of many travels. My husband and I were in Boario Terme so that he could attend a rigorous program at the Parkinson Institute. In fact this hotel was listed by the Institute as small ,friendly and welcoming. We had booked a 6 night stay. When we checked in I asked the manager if we could stay an extra night and he agreed, Clearly a mistake was made and this extension not entered. . Accidents happen and this error...

"Great bathroom, very clean room. Could use some painting and maintenance on the walls of the room. Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."

"tolles Personal; sehr gutes Abendessen; Frühstücksbuffet deutlich ausbaufähig"

"Ciò che rende soddisfacente un soggiorno qui è la gentilezza del personale"

"We spent some great days at Bavanthu. Maria was always helpful and kind. The breakfast was marvellous. We will come back - for sure!"

"Für einen Kurztrip geeignet!"
