The house is close to restaurant and mini golf course and there are hiking trails throughout the area. The area offers a lot of wildlife with pheasants, deer, birds, hares etc. There are bird towers in the area. After a day at the beach or excursion, the house offers relaxation on the terrace with barbecue, ball spill or sunbathing, and if it is cold, it is recommended to go to the sauna or use the hot tub. Excursion opportunities in the area can go to the Post Boat in Nakskov, a boat trip on the Maribo lakes, Knuthenborg Safari Park, the Medieval Center or you can cycle a trip on the dike to Rødsand and all the way to Nakskov.
