I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. "Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected."

"Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. "

"Pleasant hotel but unless you are attending a wedding then little peace and quiet is to be had for the hotel is predominantly geared towards functions and large wedding parties, This results in the beach and water being rammed with jet skis and groups queuing to ride on banana boats.The resultant daily noice from the boats and jet skis together with the stench of petrol and the fim of benzene on the water makes it nigh impossible during the day to avail yourselves of the beach. "Lovely hotel with great staff. Abeer made us feel welcome. The servers at breakfast were utmost helpful, pleasant, accommodating and humble. During our stay there was a conference and even a wedding. There was some noise and the breakfast was hectic, nevertheless we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were perfect. The beds were huge.
