"This was an unacceptable experience. We were told at check-in the A/C had just been repaired, but after arriving late with our children, we found it wasn’t working at all. The room was extremely hot, and our two-year-old became dehydrated and developed a fever overnight. We were not offered another room or any immediate solution. Instead, we had to spend $77 on box fans just to get through the night. Maintenance didn’t fix the A/C until the next day, meaning we went over 12 hours without a basic amenity. There were also serious safety and professionalism concerns. The manager appeared to be under the influence, which was alarming. While Dillon at check-in was helpful, management overall was unresponsive. There were disturbances from other guests, including people yelling at our children and suspicious activity that made us feel unsafe. At one point, an unknown man who appeared intoxicated knocked on our door and tried to enter, frightening our kids. A vehicle also blocked us in a handicapped access area. We were even required to wait outside with our children during the A/C repair. Overall, this stay was uncomfortable, unsafe, and poorly managed. I do not believe full price was justified and would not recommend staying here."
