"It looked good from the outside."

"I stayed here because of the location and was aware of this property from long ago when I lived in San Clemente. I really enjoyed being in between San Clemente and Dana point. My room which was a view room on the second floor was a bit small, where the king bed took up most of the room. The bathroom was also small with really no counter space. I knew I was across the street from the beach and the highway ran in between the beach and my room and didn't think it would be that loud what I found is...

"We spent most of our time at the beach, which was very conveniently located just a few minutes away. Staff allowed us to borrow beach equipment (folding chairs, toys, boogie boards) which was so awesome of them! Breakfast for a fee was tasty with good service. Would definitely stay again!"

"Easily walkable to trails, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful property"

"Great location, view, staff, pool. Had a great vacation, everything was wonderful except the bed.....way too firm. We had a difficult time sleeping; tossing and turning all night."

"We enjoyed our stay. But for the price, our expectations were a little higher. Mouse poop on our counters, and lots of broken or rusty things in our room and around the property."
