"I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible. "Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of ongoing maintenance issues during our stay. We booked this property specifically because it advertised a full kitchen so we could cook meals during our vacation. Instead, the stove/oven repeatedly lost power during normal cooking use and became an ongoing issue throughout the trip.
