Bad service stuff, very rude receptionist, no water or coffee machine at the room, when I asked for room service it takes more than an hour. even at the checkout, was very bad and I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to contact the management to complain but no help. I stayed for three nights but it was nightmer

My hotel stay was excellent all around. It was my first time at this hotel and iam very satisfied with hotel condition, room cleanliness and comfort, as well as room and hotel service. This hotel deserves 5 ratings. I hope they keep it up.

خلال اسبوعين زرت الفندق مرتين وفي غرفتين مختلفتين يوجد رائحة غير مقبولة في الحمامات في كلا الغرفتين مع العلم ان سكني كان في المره الاولى في الدور الثاني والمره الثانية في الدور الاول عدا ذلك كل شيء كان رائع
